One of the most common enquireys I receive is about iPhone ear speaker problems. The enquirer will generally complain that the speaker is faulty as its quiet and difficult to hear people, sometimes muffled and sometimes even the descriptive “fuzzy” is provided. This has always been an issue with iPhones but more so with the recent models and its not the speaker thats at fault here, at least 9 out 10 times anyway.

The problem is the mesh cover over the speaker.
